Who are the Pup Pals?

Pup Pals is a nonprofit service that creates videos for highly adoptable but overlooked pups in rescues across the country.  Our professional film teams meet with rescues and focus on dogs who are wonderful pups, but, for one reason or another, have been overlooked. We  find out what is unique and interesting about each of them and share their stories with potential adopters, so they get a much better idea of what this fur-ever friend would be like in their home! And we do all of this at NO COST to the rescue!
How Sponsorship Works
Why make videos?
These videos have been statistically shown to help dogs get adopted twice as fast as with just a traditional photo and bio. By sponsoring a dog, you are helping fund a Pup Pals video highlighting that overlooked pup. Your sponsorship goes further than just that professional video too. Not only are you helping save months of time for the dog waiting for their furever home, but it means the rescues can save at least twice as many dogs in that same amount of time. That means more lives saved, resources more efficiently used, and more income for the rescues just from your one sponsorship.

Videos are how the world learns about almost everything online. If a picture is worth 1,000 words, then a one minute video made of 1,440 pictures must be worth over 1 MILLION words. There’s just so much more that can be shown in a few seconds of live video than in dozens of photos.

Because of the sponsorships, professional videos were made for each of these overlooked pups, and they found their furever homes! Look what a difference a Pup Pals video can make!

Eva Rome

Eva Rome is a wonderful pup who was being overlooked in a rescue in New Jersey. We were so surpised such a wonderful dog was in rescue for over six months. We made a video showing off her amazing and friendly personality, and her furever home was over the moon when they found the video!

This wonderful senior dog was being over looked in New York. The rescue felt the photos, although professional, weren't showing the life and love this pup still had to give. We were able to highlight her young spirit and mature energy in a professional video, and she was adopted in less than one week!

Dakota had been returned twice already. She was a super shy pup, so she had the hardest time meeting new people.  We were able to show how loving and caring she is once she feels comfortable, and it worked! She was adopted almost immediately by her furever family!

And because of how accurate and helpful the videos are, the rate of return due to a misunderstanding of the dogs personality is over 90% below the national average. This also allows rescues across the country be less burdened with returns, so they can focus on saving the next life.
